Reduce the risks of bad debt.

Getting Paid On Time

Without cash your business won't survive. It sounds obvious, but getting paid on time can be the difference between business success and failure.

Our half-day 'Getting paid' workshop helps you understand what credit control is, and takes you through the necessary skills and simple steps you can take to reduce the risks of bad debt. This means putting in place a good credit management policy - so that you get paid on time and never run out of cash.

This interactive half-day training course is held at 12 UK locations by our team of qualified trainers and covers the following key areas:

  • Before you trade with the customer; the importance of knowing who you are trading with, assessing the risk, setting and agreeing credit terms.
  • Issuing invoices and managing outstanding credit; sending the right invoice for your business, statements and reminders.
  • Managing disputes and difficult customers; understanding your position, chasing difficult customers.
  • What to do if customers don't pay; getting legal help, going to court.

Each of our credit management training courses costs just £250 per delegate. We ensure small group sizes, so you can get the most out of the workshop and our trainers can provide you with the answers you need.
